Watercolor hair dye technique

What you will need

• Blonde extensions or a blonde human hair wig. (613)
• Semi Permanent Dye of your choice
• Hot water (2 gallons)
• Gloves
• Plastic bowl
*You can also bleach the hair yourself if it is darker than a 613.

Step 1: Boil water & add it to a plastic container

Step 2: Add Semi – Permanent Dye to water in container

Step 3: Stir Mixture

Step 4: Put on your gloves

Step 5: Test a small piece of hair

Step 6: Remove all packaging and hair ties. Fully submerge hair into water.

Step 7: Let hair sit in hot water for 8 – 10 minutes

Step 8: If you would like more pigment, redip your extensions.

Once you have reached your desired color, rinse and condition the hair until the water runs clear. Do not shampoo as shampoo will fade the color quicker.
